“I live nearby and was so sick I could not go to my regular doctor, so I remember seeing this place all the time. I was seen that day, and I was amazed. The staff is amazing. They were very kind to me. This doctor was amazing. I was in bad shape, and was so nervous about possibly going to the hospital, he did everything to keep me out. I had a bad respiratory infection, and the next day I felt so bad that I called the service at 6 Am. The doctor himself called me by 6:15 AM. I went back and got more treatments. I was seen everyday for four days getting treatments so I could stay out of the hospital and pay a high deductible. They were all very concerned about me, and followed up well. I am 100% better now, and this will be my new place to go. Also, he works with Winthrop University Hospital which is the hospital I use when that is a necessity. Very happy.“

I'm glad my daughter suggested this place after hearing I wanted to go to a hospital. “I visited this location on January 15 because I was feeling horrible. I've been to this location on many occasions with my kids and they've always been amazing. But unfortunately people are more likely to give a bad review than a good review and this one is long overdue. I commend you! You guys are awesome. Kind, caring, friendly. I've been to other city MDs, and they just don't care, and misdiagnose, and rush you out the door. Not this Levittown location. I just want to say to the Doctors and the staff at the Levittown location in the King Kullen shopping center. I appreciate you!“
“Got sick with COVID-19 while visiting NY. Check in very easy, saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and had a prescription for paxlovid sent to pharmacy of my choice. Doctor, nurse, all staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care.“
“I’ve looked at the reviews and have to say I’ve never had a bad experience at the front desk. Especially yesterday. I’ve never seen Tina at the desk before but hope that she stays. She was the best. She took care all of my needs efficiently and with kindness. I needed a Covid test and was given the runaround from a Northwell lab in Bayshore and they were willing to do it and send it to where it needed to go. She called me to let me know all was taken care of. I wish that I could always have that same experience everywhere!“

“Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!“

“I had a virtual visit. It took a while by the time a receptionist came on to go over vitals and discuss symptoms and medications. Then after another 15 minutes until PA came on screen. But once we connected she was very efficient and professional.“
