The staff was adorably friendly yet professional. The doctor was very good. She was friendly, patient, and happy to entertain and answer all of my kid's many (many, many, many, many) questions. Diagnosis was clear and she explained everything that was happening, and why. I am impressed.
Took my kids in for ear infections. The woman at the front desk literally took my phone to help check me in so I could focus on caring for and hold my baby who was in so much pain and discomfort. We were seen quickly by the doctors who were equally so kind and compassionate. I feel so at ease knowing they are there for my kids.
I took my 3 year old there on a Wednesday night at 9pm, only waited a few minutes. It's a modern and professional office. The doctor who saw us was fantastic. He did an amazing job making my kid feel comfortable, I'd say he is impressively good with children. He was thorough and patiently gave time to explain everything.
While I hope I don't NEED to go back, it's comforting knowing this option exists.
