CityMD Levittown Urgent Care - Long Island

I visited this location on January 15 because I was feeling horrible. I've been to this location on many occasions with my kids and they've always been amazing. But unfortunately people are more likely to give a bad review than a good review and this one is long overdue. I commend you! You guys are awesome. Kind, caring, friendly. I've been to other city MDs, and they just don't care, and misdiagnose, and rush you out the door. Not this Levittown location. I just want to say to the Doctors and the staff at the Levittown location in the King Kullen shopping center. I appreciate you!

Got here just before they opened. 3 people ahead of me. Took everyone over 10 minutes to check in on the automated system (I was here last week and the system was down. Took the front desk less than 1 minute to check me in). Now sitting in a room for 30 minutes waiting to be seen. I just came in for eye drops because my eye was red. What a waste of my morning and 2 hours late to work.

Went in tonight the staff and dr were so thorough so professional and very clean. They asked so many questions and really listened to my symptoms . I haven't been to a better urgent care facility. Would totally recommend this one . Plus there is a huge parking lot so plenty of spots .
