“Both of my children did 3k and 4K as well as summer camp at the Ridgewood Queens YMCA. Our family absolutely Loved the experience. The teachers, administrators and staff are lovely and go above and beyond. My kids know everyone by name and are excited to see their teachers, directors, after school staff and summer counselors. Also my son is a Type 1 diabetic and they partnered with us to make sure that he is safe and well taken care of during summer camp. I trusted my children with YMCA for 4 years. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.“

Sukho Thai Healing Yoga

“I had the most incredible Thai massage experience at Sukho Thai Healing. This place is truly a hidden gem—if my friend hadn’t gifted me a session, I might never have discovered it. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I had stepped into a Forbes 5-star spa.

The space is serene and beautifully curated, with stunning artwork that immediately sets a calming tone. I was welcomed with a chilled wet cloth for my hands and a glass of iced tea—such a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Slippers and a soft linen garment were provided before the session, adding to the luxurious experience.

The massage itself was outstanding—aromatherapy, expert hands, and deeply rejuvenating stretches that left me feeling balanced, relaxed, and totally restored. Afterward, I was treated to a beautifully presented tray of hot tea and delicate rolled cookies. Every detail was thoughtful and elevated.

I’m so grateful for the gift—and next time, I’ll be the one giving this experience to others. I can’t wait to return!“

ONEYOGAHOUSE Yoga

“It's impossible to quantify the gratitude I have for OYH. The space that Anna has created, both literally -- a beautiful, calming, clean environment -- and energetically -- a container of love and community -- is unparalleled. I have taken hundreds of classes here and every teacher is incredibly knowledgable, creative, empathetic, and pays a great deal of respect to the lineage of yoga. The flows are inventive, the adjustments are supportive, the dharma talks are inspiring. My practice has greatly transformed and advanced since becoming a student of OYH. I am a staunch evangelist of this studio and cannot recommend it enough. It is a place to find sanctuary in a very chaotic city and has deepened my connection with my body, spirit, and mind. Thank you, thank you! I love you!“

Own Your Fitness Yoga

“I had tried exercising on my own, dieting and different programs. After working with own your fitness and doing the evaluation session with the specialist I learned exactly what I was doing wrong and the type of exercises I need to do for my body type and my challenges. Furthermore because I sit behind a desk and have a family the convenience and sustainability of their program keeps me on track and is helping me activate all the right muscles that are now helping me with weight loss, toning up, strength training and becoming a better version of myself. Being a mom and a professional i needed a workout program that was guaranteed and sustainable. Their method is effective and easy to stick to.“

“Cool gym in Rockaway Beach. The machines crowd the floor a bit, but it is manageable and there is a separate room where one can do floor exercises. No screamers. Lockers and showers available, you bring your own lock and soap. And yes, you can safely drop the soap.“

Hot Yoga Chelsea / Flatiron NYC Yoga

“This year, I've had the pleasure of visiting Hot Yoga Chelsea several times, and even though it's a 40-50 minute commute, it's 1000% worth it. I only wish I could go more often! As someone relatively new to yoga, I really appreciate how warm and welcoming the staff is, and all the instructors are so supportive. I have a knee injury, and they always offer helpful adjustments to accommodate my needs. The studio is also spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Hot Yoga Chelsea to anyone looking for a friendly, motivating environment that suits all skill levels!“

I’ve been to a ton of different gyms since moving back “home” to Australia but have never found a gem like Slope Fitness.I miss this gym so much! Great size, staff and atmosphere. Body Mechanics Orthopedic Massage Yoga

“About a year ago, I started dealing with chronic pain most likely stemming from over lifting in the gym. After multiple failed attempts trying to find an LMT who could alleviate tension and partner with me to rehab and strengthen problem areas, I am so lucky to have found Chasi at Body Mechanics.

Chasi has made a huge difference in my recovery. She is very talented and comes to every session with a POV of what we want to work on based on how my body has reacted in recent session.

I highly recommend giving her a visit, whether it be for an acute injury/pain, or just for a great massage!“

“Damia and her practice are wonderful. Being new to reiki, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented of explaining how the practice works and what to expect. Our intention setting and conversation really helped me understand the work better. The session felt like a dream overall, although I was very present. Her intuitiveness is really remarkable. Immediately after the session when we spoke, waves of energy started pulsing through my body. Discussing the experience from her perspective and mine was helpful. Days after our session I am feeling the benefits and would highly recommend scheduling a session with her.“

Club Pilates Yoga

“Brenda was terrific. My first time taking her class. Will do it again as I start to add classes on Weekends. I usually take Eden’s Wednesday evening class and really like it too.

Megan was great! The right amount of intensity and core work as I am returning from a hip injury. She was very attentive and gave adaptations when needed.

Megan has got a great energy and demeanor and she’s an excellent knowledgeable teacher. She helps you use the out breathing to directly strengthen your core. She understands the importance of focusing on the engaged parts of your body, as you do the exercises and of visualizing it while feeling it, whether it’s the direction of your tailbone or the expanding of the ribs, she helps you understand more deeply. She really knows her stuff.

“Working with Alexandra was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I were preparing for our wedding first dance and we hit the jackpot with OT Dance Studio. With all the chaos of wedding planning and not being experienced dancers, Alexandra really showed her expertise and tailored the first dance according to our skill level. From the first lesson, she choreographed piece-by-piece an elegant yet simple enough dance to woo our family and friends. They absolutely loved our first dance! She even accommodated our parents and taught them a collaborative parents dance, which our wedding guests absolutely adored. Dancing was never my specialty but we are so happy to have found Alexandra at OT Dance Studio. She is professional, great at what she does, and responsive when scheduling. I would strongly recommend her.“

“Best boutique fitness studio in this neighborhood - highly recommend! Convenient location, easy registration and check-in, modern interior decor with beautiful natural light flooding the studio, high-end finishes and most importantly: an all-star crew of instructors and staff! This studio offers a perfectly balanced curriculum and the members can choose from a variety of barre, dance/cardio and yoga classes throughout the day. Great little hidden gem in the UES! I started trying it out with their first-timer promotion for two weeks and have been addicted ever since! As a hardcore barre practitioner, I’ve frequented all major studios all over Manhattan and this one definitely tops my list! You’ll be noticeably lighter, leaner and stronger after just a couple of classes - amazing results!“
