Every session is different and they help you achieve new levels that you never thought you were capable of doing! I feel stronger and toned! I highly recommend them to all of my friends!

I use to come here pretty often drove by one day I love to work out and glad I gave this gym a try should be talked about more in queens, I got much respect for Sean as well he is the truth very knowledgeable he makes sure your good and always looking out for you anyway possible.

I have been a member of several gyms over the years but this has been my best experience thus far. I have another gym across the street from my home but prefer to travel here. The staff treats everyone like family and the atmosphere is always positive. The hours of operation, the equipment, and the cleanliness are also a plus.
