Both people were knowledgeable, they identified the problem quickly, make the repair and cleaned the area well. “There were two issues that needed attention. One was under the kitchen sink where a pipe going to the outside hose had bust. The other was the water spout in the bathtub that was dripping due to an aging condition. After calling Empire they were able to send a technician and gave me a time frame when they should arrive at my home.
Jake checked out both situations, explained the process of the repairs and estimates. He mentioned that he would be able to take care of the pipe under the sink since he had what was needed in his van. The bathroom was taken care of another day and he did a wonderful job on both!“
