Peter's attention to detail made all the difference - he took such pride in every element of our kitchen renovation. Love how he would sketch out ideas to help us visualize the changes (a picture really is worth 1000 words!).

Working from home during renovation? No stress! They were incredibly thoughtful about our video calls and meetings, keeping noise down during important calls.

Special thanks to Emily (Peter's wife) for her amazing project coordination and planning skills that kept everything running smoothly!

The only downside? Missing their friendly faces every morning now that the project is done - they truly became like family!

“There were two issues that needed attention. One was under the kitchen sink where a pipe going to the outside hose had bust. The other was the water spout in the bathtub that was dripping due to an aging condition. After calling Empire they were able to send a technician and gave me a time frame when they should arrive at my home.
Jake checked out both situations, explained the process of the repairs and estimates. He mentioned that he would be able to take care of the pipe under the sink since he had what was needed in his van. The bathroom was taken care of another day and he did a wonderful job on both!“

“Zach is absolutely BRILLIANT! I have a historic 1880s home and the tub had stopped up. I had tried everything DIY I could to get it going, but no luck. Zach came the day after I called, snaked 100' feet out and discovered A DIFFERENT LEAK which had been rotting the plywood above my pantry. He was able to replace the old, leaky pipes with PVC until the seals were nice and tight, and then found the source of the tub backup, which had been a long time accumulation of sediment. He fixed it, tested it, and even cleaned the tub afterwards, so it's ready for bathing again! The price was very reasonable for 2.5 hours of work. I also love that they are local and not a chain. “Jason arrived same-day and was done in about 45 minutes, he snaked the sewer line from my house to the street main line, near the street side, he pulled out a huge bundle of tree roots which was causing the problem. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. I was having nightmares of having to dig up my front yard and install a new sewer line, but fortunately, that will not be necessary. Thank you Jason for getting here so quickly. Now I can safely flush the toilet, wash dishes and take a shower w/o the issue of having the sewer line backing up into my basement.“
