“Zach is absolutely BRILLIANT! I have a historic 1880s home and the tub had stopped up. I had tried everything DIY I could to get it going, but no luck. Zach came the day after I called, snaked 100' feet out and discovered A DIFFERENT LEAK which had been rotting the plywood above my pantry. He was able to replace the old, leaky pipes with PVC until the seals were nice and tight, and then found the source of the tub backup, which had been a long time accumulation of sediment. He fixed it, tested it, and even cleaned the tub afterwards, so it's ready for bathing again! The price was very reasonable for 2.5 hours of work. I also love that they are local and not a chain. Pat did an outstanding job fixing our dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, courteous, congenial and he showed up on time to do the job. He answered all of our questions and he made us feel very comfortable speaking to him. The best part was his honesty, advising us as to whether fixing the dishwasher was worth the money. He’s the only technician I would trust for any of our Appliance or HVAC repairs. His prices are very reasonable. And his work ethic is outstanding because he made it a point of telling us to contact him if we had any further problems with the work he performed.

We had an AC leak in the attic unit. Pat spent quite a few hours repairing the leak. However it started to leak in another spot later that night. Pat returned immediately the next day and again spent hours fixing the leak thru extreme heat conditions in the attic. After all hours of work, the leak is fully repaired. Pat does an excellent job and is very thorough. He will monitor the job and return if anything further is necessary. Would definitely recommend.“

“Jason arrived same-day and was done in about 45 minutes, he snaked the sewer line from my house to the street main line, near the street side, he pulled out a huge bundle of tree roots which was causing the problem. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. I was having nightmares of having to dig up my front yard and install a new sewer line, but fortunately, that will not be necessary. Thank you Jason for getting here so quickly. Now I can safely flush the toilet, wash dishes and take a shower w/o the issue of having the sewer line backing up into my basement.“
