“Zach is absolutely BRILLIANT! I have a historic 1880s home and the tub had stopped up. I had tried everything DIY I could to get it going, but no luck. Zach came the day after I called, snaked 100' feet out and discovered A DIFFERENT LEAK which had been rotting the plywood above my pantry. He was able to replace the old, leaky pipes with PVC until the seals were nice and tight, and then found the source of the tub backup, which had been a long time accumulation of sediment. He fixed it, tested it, and even cleaned the tub afterwards, so it's ready for bathing again! The price was very reasonable for 2.5 hours of work. I also love that they are local and not a chain. “I live in Troy NY and was looking for an electrician. Today it is difficult to find anyone to get back to you let alone show up to assess or do a job. I mentioned this to my daughter (who now lives in Houston). She said let me ask Dominic (Pat’s son) he does HVAC maybe he knows someone. Well, Dominic just happened to be with his dad, Pat who was visiting our/ his hometown in NY. Pat told him he would call me as soon as they came up from NYC. Pat called me 2 days later as promised and fixed my basement light . “Jason arrived same-day and was done in about 45 minutes, he snaked the sewer line from my house to the street main line, near the street side, he pulled out a huge bundle of tree roots which was causing the problem. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. I was having nightmares of having to dig up my front yard and install a new sewer line, but fortunately, that will not be necessary. Thank you Jason for getting here so quickly. Now I can safely flush the toilet, wash dishes and take a shower w/o the issue of having the sewer line backing up into my basement.“
