I am beyond impressed. I run a service company so I am very familiar with every step from customer service to the delivery of the service. These guys are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive, and prompt. They fixed a problem that no other companies could figure out. They went above and beyond and saved us from a big headache. Excellent company to work with. They are my first call for all issues drain related. Over the years, I have had them snake, jet, scope, excavate, and replace pipes. I feel their pricing is reasonable and they try their best to keep my properties clean even though their business is inherently dirty. At their last visit, they were snaking a toilet line in a freshly tiled white bathroom. The tech laid down a tarp to make sure none of the flooring was damaged. He also gave me some helpful tips to prevent the issue from recurring. I would highly recommend them.
Definitely recommend APEX. Aaron was our plumber, and he was excellent. In addition to being an excellent plumber, he has the politeness and courtesy that people treasure, especially today.So very happy with our service. We will definitely use APEX again.
