Jason arrived same-day and was done in about 45 minutes, he snaked the sewer line from my house to the street main line, near the street side, he pulled out a huge bundle of tree roots which was causing the problem. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. I was having nightmares of having to dig up my front yard and install a new sewer line, but fortunately, that will not be necessary. Thank you Jason for getting here so quickly. Now I can safely flush the toilet, wash dishes and take a shower w/o the issue of having the sewer line backing up into my basement.
