Called for my business location, they had tech there the next day and replaced our leaking water heater with ease. They were prompt, and did fine work. They left area clean. Communicated well and provided options.
Logan was very helpful and he explained and checked everything out for me, he seemed like he really cared about what service would be best for us to do and wanted to help us so we could move into the house we just purchased. I explained how I couldnt move in until the water was fixed properly.
The equipment was installed by Jake and Alex with Empire State Plumbing, they both worked very well together and did the job very nicely.
