Roger was awesome very knowledgeable and got us up and running when other companies could not. Would recommend to anyone and will recommend to family and friends who are having issues with clogs in septic system.
Had a great experience with Empire State Plumbing specifically with the service tech Justin. Justin was very informative and kind. He was eager to teach me on how to properly maintain a water heater. Awesome guy who does awesome work.
Came to my residence, received quote, approved it and had the work done same day. Other companies will send you a quote without even coming to your home to assess the situation. The Empire techs did a fantastic job. Knowlegable, courteous and professional. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
