Super nice employee thoroughly examined all basement plumbing for blockages as washing machine and kitchen sink drains were backing up. Found the clog, cleaned it out and was on his way. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was polite and efficient. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. We will definitely call them next time we have a similar problem.

We have used Rotor-Matic for years and have always been more than satisfied with their work but last night was the topper! It was Christmas Eve and my neighbor had a problem - a BIG problem - - was almost in tears since she had plans for a family Christmas which had to be cancelled due to back up problems and couldn't get any help for 3 days. I told her I'd call Charlie and I did. Charlie had a tech at her house in 15 minutes and 2 hours later she was back in business. Today is Christmas 2023 and I see cars in her driveway so I guess the family gathering is back on. Jason and his crew, Charlie and Josh ( and others whose names I don't know), were amazing and did a great job fixing my broken sewer pipe. They were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I hightly recommend this company.
