Dan was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in providing us with options and written, detailed estimates for several repairs prior to doing them. He made suggestions and covered almost any possible scenario before starting work. I would definitely ask for him specifically for any future needs.
Fantastic!! Very professional and friendly. Did a wonderful job at both my moms and our house doing yearly generator service.
Would highly recommend! Tech Matt S was wonderful.
Maximus was a great representative and installer. He was personable and professional and was able to answer all my questions in a clear and respectful way. My hot water was in a tight place that was hard for me to access so while he had it cleared out he even cleaned the walls of dust and retrieved several items that had been dropped in that space over the years. Way above his job description. I thought I was just going to get an estimate but when I made the decision to purchase, I was amazed that he could get the water heater on site and installed so quickly. Same day service! A very nice young man who knows his job and how to treat your customers. Thank you so much,… read full review
