Experienced an emergency situation with our boiler where all heat had to be shut off. Kenneth helped us tremendously, coming in the same day and being finished with all repairs that same night we contacted him. Great service and very kind. Highly recommend.
I woke up this morning and my house was freezing. I called this company and they were able to stop by within an hour. The technician was very respectful and kind. He was fast in preparing my boiler and didn’t overcharge like most other companies would. I highly recommend this company. My family members actually recommend me to call them because they have been using their service for over 2 years and never experienced any issues.
Woke up this morning to no heat. Did some research and one of the problems was the thermocouple and pilot assembly. Long story short, I needed a part ASAP that is unavailable in big box stores. Feeling defeated in the Home Depot parking lot, I googled emergency hvac in my area. Most company's went directly to a voicemail, but not with Best Plumbing, Heating and Service Repair. I was able to talk with someone and while not your typical service call, they were happy to help! They had availability of the part I needed and went out of their way to help me get through this chilly Sunday!
