I have contacted Chris Collins 3x this winter about plumbing issues . All 3 times he got back to me promptly, asked detailed questions, and then explained either how I could solve it myself or why it wasn’t actually a plumbing issue ! All without making a service call and charging me a visit fee like many plumbing companies would . When I actually have a real plumbing issue, he is absolutely the plumber I will call and you should too !
Chris and his brother came out to fix a leak I caused by trying to unclog my kitchen sink. They cleared the drain, fixed the leak, answered a ton of my questions, and even quickly fixed something else unrelated in my bathroom. I am so glad my friend told me about Chris!
Extremely nice and knowledgeable owner who goes above and beyond for his customers! Could not be any happier with the work that was done and communication that was maintained throughout the process! Thank you very much for everything Chris. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
