Chris and Matt replaced a water heater for me. Communication was great regarding cost, arrival time, etc. The quality of the work was excellent. A lot of contactors rush so they can get to the next job, but these guys take their time and get the job done right. I recommend them highly.Service: Water heater installation

Chris is an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable plumber. I have found him very responsive with a can do attitude, and he's exceedingly polite. His fees are more than fair and it's a true pleasure to do business with him.

I've dealt with Chris a couple times, and both times Chris was extremely responsive and helpful. On one occasion he referred me to a local rooter to solve my issue (he helped me diagnose my issue over the phone, rather than make me wait for the correct resolution). On a 2nd occasion he assisted me with a pretty urgent issue over text (he has been sick for two weeks yet still took the time to assist me at 6PM on a Friday night), and was preparing to send me a tutorial on how to solve the problem.
