“Super nice employee thoroughly examined all basement plumbing for blockages as washing machine and kitchen sink drains were backing up. Found the clog, cleaned it out and was on his way. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was polite and efficient. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. We will definitely call them next time we have a similar problem.“

“I have a sewer pipe for just one apartment that is broken, but it is encased in concrete about 2 feet thick, so getting to that pipe is going to be nearly impossible. It would require jack hammering the concrete to get to the pipe, but this old house might not be able to handle all that vibration. So, they were not able to help me, and only charged me half price for their efforts. I am disappointed in the result, but it's not their fault. They were very professional. I'll find another solution, and they had some ideas they shared with me.“
