Far and above the best facility I have trained at. This is the longest (9 years) by far that I've been with one facility. The variety of trainers keeps things interesting and they easily tailor the workout for individual needs/restrictions. It is a "judgement free" zone and everyone works to their level and encourages each other. Could not find a nicer group of men and women to workout with. And the best thing is you develop new friendships with some amazing people.
My parents recently had trees cut down. Richie came and quoted them and did an amazing job. They are so happy with the out come.

I would like to give a shout out to Pro Scapes-we have had contracts with them for over 4yrs now. They have done an OK job in the past 3yrs, but this year they have done a superior job. I'm not sure what changed but our office sidewalks have been done every morning by 6am that we have had over 2inches of snow (the shovel person has done an excellent job + he deserves his own kudos!!) but my experience this morning was great. I was the first one at the office this morning and the sidewalks were impeccable, but the driveway had maybe 3-4 inches in it after our 6-8 inch of snow fall over night (so they had been here at some point last night I believe) but I needed the driveway done again before it filled up with cars so it's was easy for the plow driver to get around, so I called. I had to leave a message which I wasn't confident it would get delivered soon enough before the rest of the staff started filling the lot, but to my surprise almost before I got the phone hung up I heard the plowing being done. I want to say it was either coincidence or SUPERIOR service, I prefer to believe the later. So KUDO's again to a job well done and a great season so far! The ONLY reason the 4 stars is we really would like to retain all of our parking spaces and we usually loose an average of 4 (we only have about 20 so sometimes it gets tight! I know the snow has to be put somewhere!! lol
