Katrina arrived on time today as scheduled. Performed the maintenance cleaning on our Mitsubishi Heat/air cond. unit. Also Cleaned our gas furnace. Was very pleasant and efficient. We have requested and scheduled for her return service for 2023..

Service technician David P. performed the annual cleaning and service of my home heating system this January for the 2nd consecutive year. He was punctual, courteous and competent at his work. I have routinely used Holbrook Heating to service and repair my heating system since the 1990s and I have been completely satisfied with their performance.

On a cold Sunday our heater stopped working. We called Holbrook and they said someone could come that afternoon.Devon came and fixed the problem and replaced a faulty part.He was very patient and thorough and pleasant after a very long day of working.
