1 W 34th St. # 204, New York“About a year ago, I started dealing with chronic pain most likely stemming from over lifting in the gym. After multiple failed attempts trying to find an LMT who could alleviate tension and partner with me to rehab and strengthen problem areas, I am so lucky to have found Chasi at Body Mechanics.
Chasi has made a huge difference in my recovery. She is very talented and comes to every session with a POV of what we want to work on based on how my body has reacted in recent session.
I highly recommend giving her a visit, whether it be for an acute injury/pain, or just for a great massage!“

Can't say enough about how well kept it is. As someone who doesn't do yoga very often, I felt good about being there. If I had it in my budget, I would keep going.“
9AM - 10PM
9622 Queens Blvd, Queens“Working with Alexandra was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I were preparing for our wedding first dance and we hit the jackpot with OT Dance Studio. With all the chaos of wedding planning and not being experienced dancers, Alexandra really showed her expertise and tailored the first dance according to our skill level. From the first lesson, she choreographed piece-by-piece an elegant yet simple enough dance to woo our family and friends. They absolutely loved our first dance! She even accommodated our parents and taught them a collaborative parents dance, which our wedding guests absolutely adored. Dancing was never my specialty but we are so happy to have found Alexandra at OT Dance Studio. She is professional, great at what she does, and responsive when scheduling. I would strongly recommend her.“

“I live in NJ, but ever since I found Form and Flow in 2023, I travel to LIC during my holidays just to soak in the good vibes from the instructors and the studio! I’ve been to so many studios in NY, NJ, PA, and Korea, but Form and Flow is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced—you get to learn authentic yoga and meditation in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! I’m always so grateful for founder Shelly’s thoughtful accommodations and offerings.“

485 Kings Hwy, Brooklyn“I’ve been coming here for a while and today is my last class unfortunately. I’m very happy with the staff being so collaborative and fixing the issues, system errors caused by me or by the system itself. I’m not even talking about The instructor yet. They were also amazing and so helpful. I have scoliosis and they always payed attention to the details and understood. Thank you so much everyone. Great job great business. I hope other locations would be as good as you’re doing?“
11AM - 2PM
14-57 110th St, College Point“I am just out of the Lyra and Silk classes by Danielle Marie Fusco and I had so much fun.She has been teaching over 20 years and she is an expert on body movements. She knows better than my doctor teaching me how to exercise your injured finger. She is there for you to overcome the fear of body movements and turn that fear energy into fun enjoyable energy. She is very patient with slow learner and puts so much energy to correct the incorrect posture over and over so that student can learn it proper way. This takes lot of energy of teacher so not every teachers would do that but Danielle Marie Fusco does it so naturally may be it is from her 20 years of experience of teaching.I strongly recommend to take her class if you want to learn flexibility of body muscle movement. Not like the weights then stretching at the gym but rather continues body muscle movement to be flexible.Who doesn't appreciate that.OMG finding Danielle Marie Fusco's class is a game changer.Enroll her class now.It will be you who would get benefited from it.“

Convenient location, easy registration and check-in, modern interior decor with beautiful natural light flooding the studio, high-end finishes and most importantly: an all-star crew of instructors and staff! This studio offers a perfectly balanced curriculum and the members can choose from a variety of barre, dance/cardio and yoga classes throughout the day. Great little hidden gem in the UES! I started trying it out with their first-timer promotion for two weeks and have been addicted ever since! As a hardcore barre practitioner, I’ve frequented all major studios all over Manhattan and this one definitely tops my list! You’ll be noticeably lighter, leaner and stronger after just a couple of classes - amazing results!“

I was casually looking through Google Maps and was so happy to see this place is still up and rocking… this remains the best gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve got many great memories of my time here! I’ve been to a ton of different gyms since moving back “home” to Australia but have never found a gem like Slope Fitness.I miss this gym so much! Great size, staff and atmosphere. Ahh the hours I spent here were well worth it. Join and you’ll see what I mean!So happy to hear it’s still going strong after all this time:)“

7AM - 5PM
30 E 60th St Suite 206, New York“I’ve visited numerous popular physical therapy clinics in NYC —for everything from back and knee injuries to arthritis. But working with Central Park Physical Therapy (30 E 60th) has been, by far, the most healing and empowering experience I’ve had.
They have all the advanced equipment you’d expect, but the real differentiator is the one-on-one, personalized sessions. You’re not passed off to assistants or put on autopilot machines. You get real care, real time, every time.
My therapist is Rik Misiura , a former competitive triathlete who once led one of New York’s largest physical therapy organizations, treating athletes, dancers, and movie stars alike. These days, he works more exclusively, bringing his mastery to clients who are serious about getting better.
Rik brings an incredible range of approaches to each session, from Pilates-based movement, resistance training, and soft tissue release to breathwork and sound therapy. Every session is different because he actually listens to what your body needs that day. Somehow, he always gets it exactly right.
He also has a few secret techniques - a fusion of Eastern and Western methods - that will quite literally knock your socks off. You’ll walk in stiff or hurting, and leave grounded, realigned, painless and feeling great.
There’s something amazing about the breathwork he incorporates too, subtle but powerful, often unlocking deeper patterns in the nervous system. And at the end of each session, he offers optional sound healing: a moment of quiet integration that feels like a full reset.
His presence is calm, focused, and deeply attuned and he also has a great sense of humor, which makes the sessions not just healing but genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find a group with such deep expertise and genuine compassion, and I highly recommend Rik and Central Park PT. They even make house calls if you need them. If you’re looking for someone who can help you feel better, move better, and reconnect with your body on every level, I can’t recommend Central Park PT highly enough.“
“Great studio for Pilates rental! Clean and super organized. You can get all small props needed for your apparatus class.“
10AM - 9PM
25-77 44th St Studio 1L, Queens“Damia and her practice are wonderful. Being new to reiki, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented of explaining how the practice works and what to expect. Our intention setting and conversation really helped me understand the work better. The session felt like a dream overall, although I was very present. Her intuitiveness is really remarkable. Immediately after the session when we spoke, waves of energy started pulsing through my body. Discussing the experience from her perspective and mine was helpful. Days after our session I am feeling the benefits and would highly recommend scheduling a session with her.“
