What a great addition to Bed Stuy! I have tried 3 classes so far and all have been wonderful. Lots of class variety. Great teachers and amazing vibe! Look forward to continue my practice with Arise.
I tried the new Bed Stuy studio today and LOVED it! The studio itself was absolutely beautiful. It had a wall of Windows overlooking a garden. There was tons of light pouring in. The teacher was fantastic. A wonderful blend of strengthening, stretching, and grounding movements. Lovely community vibe. So grateful this studio has found a home here in Bed Stuy!
Such a great addition to the neighborhood. I have taken three classes so far and the teachers have pushed me physically and spiritually. I look forward to see what else they will bring to the studio. I spoke w Simone and she has some great ideas, what a lovely person.
