Excellent service and communication. They sent a technician (Brian) to come and examine our AC unit, which had suddenly stopped working. He was very friendly and professional. We are happy to use them again in the future!
I called on a Saturday, non emergency expecting to leave a message. Kim answered and was eager to help. She said "Brian" could be there Monday between 8:30 and 9. We got call from Kim who said "Brian" could be here at 8:15. Promptly and cheerfully he knocked at 8:15. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. Their fee was extremely fair. I STRONGLY recommend Wilson Bros.
AC unit stopped working last night. We have only owned the home for 2 years and their name was on the unit. I called them 8am today and tech was here just after lunch. Kim called me along the way to let me know when the tech would be onsite. Jason explained the issue, showed me the new part and the cost and asked if it was ok to proceed. He was professional and knowledgeable; Wilson Brothers now have a new client. Thank you for giving us AC back in this heat!
