Half my house lost power due to one of my two power lines failing, JP's was able to get a crew over within a few hours and they reconfigured the breakers so my whole house had power. A week later they ran new power lines in conduit to my house and did an excellent job, as did the digging crew from Syracuse Utilities. I highly recommend JP's for your electrical needs.

We had what ended up being a broken wire in an outlet that broke a circuit and caused a whole room to be without power. We had an electrician come out (I wish I had his name but can't remember) and he got it fixed in no time. He also explained what he was doing which I guess wasn't necessary but I found it very interesting and would help me fixing issues like that in the future. I'd definitely use them again. I don't have any concept for cost, but I felt like it was reasonable for being a last minute job.Service: Electrical power restoration

JP’s crew showed up within the window I was told and started working immediately. The two guys that showed up were great to hang with and explained what they were doing when I asked. They made quick work of the three outlets I needed installed for a kitchen remodel.
