“Brian did a great, thorough job of cleaning our gas furnace and was very knowledgeable about how everything worked, which he shared with us so we could be informed homeowners. He also took the time to help with a couple other systems in the house, helping us figure out the correct filters and making a minor repair to the tankless water heater, which was greatly appreciated. A+ service as always which is why we have stayed with Suburban for over 16 years.”
“Reimer and Brian Smith-Fitzgibbon exceeded my expectations. Sewer line was clogged and Brian came to the house around 8:30 at night to assess the situation and make sure it was stabilized. He returned as promised the next morning and did a fantastic job restoring the line. He also fully explained what was wrong and a course of action. Highly recommend Brian Smith-Fitzgibbon and Reimer.”
“As an owner-operator there's nothing I appreciate more than the owner himself taking the service call on a Sunday. Mr. Rooter of Saratoga is the real deal. They're like the Chick-fil-A of rooter-ing… or maybe we're the Mr. Rooter of the chicken business in Saratoga. I will recommend them to my friends every chance I get.”
