As an owner-operator there's nothing I appreciate more than the owner himself taking the service call on a Sunday. Mr. Rooter of Saratoga is the real deal. They're like the Chick-fil-A of rooter-ing… or maybe we're the Mr. Rooter of the chicken business in Saratoga. I will recommend them to my friends every chance I get.

I learned from a septic pumping company that there were roots growing in the outlet pipe that connects my septic tank to the drain field. This is not uncommon in systems that have been in use for a number of years, and eventually can result in a back up. To be proactive, I called that same company to request that someone come to evaluate and correct the situation. I called three times over a period of a month, and no one contacted me.
