“My water heater crapped out early Sunday morning 4/26/2026 water was everywhere at least 40 gallons and it kept coming. I called another place and they made an emergency appointment to come out and replace it. Mind you this was at 6:19am waiting all day and nothing. I had to call 5 times only to get the run around. And nothing, finally I cancelled. Called Stanko and Sons at 4pm and Dave was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He stopped the leaking and him and one of his Sons were here today Monday morning 4/27 to replace the water heater at a really good price. Incredible service, fast, and honest! Great company! USE THEM!“

I had a boiler issue that 3 other outfits could not repair, but as soon as Kenny arrived he had such a positive attitude and was able to get me up and running with some new parts over the course of two visits.
Everyone I dealt with at Rotterdam Heating, from Kenny the tech to the young ladies in the office, were pleasant, friendly and most of all very patient with me and my phone calls and dumb questions.

“Dale & Andrew serviced and cleaned our propane heater, and they did a great job. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The heater is now putting out wonderful heat, and the thermostat is working perfectly. We were very happy with the quality of their work and felt the price was very fair.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 2½ hours later than expected, so we ended up waiting most of the morning and part of the afternoon. That said, once they arrived, the service was excellent and well worth it.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend them for propane heater service and repairs.“
