Are furnace went day before Thanksgiving are furnace was the original furnace from 1950's it was a monster we didn't want bother anyone day ofthanksgiving so my husband called day after and they came right out now we are new client and they did that that was awesome!!! So today they replaced the old furnace with a new one this is a two man company they worked all day and did marvelous job!! Job was very neat and professional great attitudes and knew what they were doing price was very reasonable for what they did I came home from work tonight house was warm and that new furnace has more blowing power then are old one plus my granddaughter bed room never felt that warm in a long time! Thank you guys so very much for all your hard work and honesty we do appreciate it cuz there alot scammers out there but you guys are the real deal are home is warm tonight!!“

“I made the mistake of switching to another fuel service several years ago, based on price of fuel. They didn't even have a service department that could come out and restart my furnace because we ran out of fuel (their fault). We switched back. “I just want to make a shout out to Choice Heating and Cooling in Cohoes, NY, specifically Norm Fields!Had a lil oops yesterday and the HVAC guy mistakenly hit my mailbox, he was so nice and nervous, I actually high fived him. I mean its a mailbox.Anyhoo, I promptly received a call yesterday from Norm and we spoke today to handle the fix, he said wouldn't be today but would be done.Well, my old mailbox had a slight new swing and was positioned ever so slightly toward the ground. I heard the mailman so I ran out to collect the mail if we had any. AND - Much to my surprise the new one is all up..... didn't even know they came.Being in the service industry, I cannot tell you how happy this makes me, I am so pleased with the professionalism of him and his technician.
