Mark and his partner were able to arrive earlier than scheduled, so that was very convenient. Thank you, Pam for setting that up. The two guys went right to it and found the source of the leak. And then, they took the time to find the best price to replace my faucet. I will use Grasshopper for future pipe repairs.

Grasshopper has been great. Just got my 1 year complementary check up. Like any company their job is to sell their services but they made their suggestions, sent them to my email with a quote and weren’t pushy about it. Additionally, the services recommended, while not mandatory, are certainly reasonable and should I choose to have that done, I’d go with them.

Very friendly repairman and highly skilled. He offered three tiers of repair work with different prices, so I could choose one affordable for me. He fixed my plumbing so that it can be more easily repaired in the future.I like the ethics of Grasshopper. Employees are valued and supported as people.
