I've had no hot water for over 7 days but it actually felt like longer . Originally Kenny was the Tech he was horrible. It took him 2 hours to get here when he stated he'd be here within an hour . Then he did not do his job . The next morning my landlady called back and they sent Ron out he's a great guy very friendly and does his job well . He knew immediately what was wrong but they had to order the part and then when the part came in it was the wrong one ? Needles to say Ron was not happy he left here saying he'd be back with the part I need and he was. I now have hot water ?? Thank you to Ron for caring about his customers. He deserves a raise . This place is the best! Always there when you need them, and do an amazing job! They did our central AC, and came quickly in the heat when it wasn't working. These are good people here! They came recommended to me by a friend and for sure I would recommend to others.

Jamie went over and above all my expectation with my new heating and air split unit. I was amazed with his knowledge and professionalism. I run a business my self and referred him to two of my clients and they were also pleased.
