My boiler cracked and I had no heat in my house. I called a few other places before I was recommended to call Rotterdam Heating and Cooling, and was quoted some pretty insane amounts. I didn't want to waste anyone's time, so I called Tuesday morning just wanting to talk to someone and see if what I was quoted might be legit, and I ended up speaking to Mike. After some talking, he said he could definitely do better, and came out later that day to do an in person quote. By Wednesday morning I had a proposal in my email, that was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than all the other competition I spoke to. These guys are phenomenal!!!!
I had a boiler issue that 3 other outfits could not repair, but as soon as Kenny arrived he had such a positive attitude and was able to get me up and running with some new parts over the course of two visits.
Everyone I dealt with at Rotterdam Heating, from Kenny the tech to the young ladies in the office, were pleasant, friendly and most of all very patient with me and my phone calls and dumb questions.
I would recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC services.
You're making a mistake if they are not your first call.
