I had a new furnace and ac put in, and some maintenance items performed and minor issues fixed.

I met with Dave, who is an encyclopedic professor who can discover and fix anything. He’s amazing.

I also met with Jordan, who in addition to being an incredible technician, is also a rock star. I mean that in the literal sense, he makes incredible music in addition to being a super expert technician. No one is cooler than Jordan. Except maybe Jordan’s cat? (If he has one?)

Don was present who assisted with a plumbing issue on one visit. Again, incredibly skilled, great guy!
