“We’ve trusted Adams for almost 2 decades. Our furnace was very old (20+ years) and our AC was almost twice as old(36+ years). Terry came out to the house to discuss our furnace and AC issues. Talk about friendly and knowledgeable! I’ll be calling him for all of our HVAC needs. Terry outlined the possible solutions, we explained how we use our system and Terry explained the pros and cons of each solution. My wife and I decided on a system and Terry explained why we made a great choice, giving us confidence in our decision.The installation went so smoothly. The guys (Alvin, Zach, and Luis) were also extremely friendly and polite. My wife and I were nervous about the noise of the install as we both work from home. It wasn’t even an issue. The guys just went about their job as professionally as you can. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and we keep it pretty clean. In fact, the new AC didn’t go in the same place as the old and Luis transplanted the grass from the new AC spot to the old AC spot so we don’t have a bare spot in our lawn! The whole experience, from working with the office staff to the installation, was great and why we will continue to trust Adams with our heating and cooling needs.“

“Cost effective!I needed a 4" gray water drain cleared. --clogged with roots and lint.Having a plumber come is never cheap, but compared to renting the equipment, figuring out how to get the equipment down into basement and back out, while having the assurance that no avoidable damage(big drain snakes in amateur hands can break a lot of stuff) will happen? Very worth it.They (P. god and assistant) were also was friendly and considerate to my under-foot Shih-Tzu, and answered a bunch of various plumbing related questions I had.Terrible of me, but I managed to completely forget their names immediately after introduction. Next time I need to call, I'm going to have to write the names down, as it's worth it to know good tradesmen!Service: Drain cleaning“

“We have been using Apollo for a while including the installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit years ago. Technicians were nice and professional. However I am not sure why the tech could not get the part that was needed so that we did not have to go without heat on a cold November night.“

A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. “Can’t say enough good about this company. Went into my basement to check on something else and saw a small puddle by my water heater. Gave Jamie a call after seeing the great reviews he had on Google. He was already in Amsterdam doing another job and was able to swing by once he was done. He checked it out and it was obvious the bottom had rusted out with no way to save it (On a side note this water heater was going on year 22 so I couldn’t ask for anymore out of it!). Jamie got me setup with an appointment for the following morning, took a deposit, arrived on time the next morning, took the old water heater with him, and set up the new one. Additionally, he answered any and all questions I had as he was very informative and willing to listen to them. Appreciate the service Jamie!“
