After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets.
