We have been using Mako Plumbing for more than 10 years. They are reliable and honest, which is hard to come by nowadays. Joe, who came to do turn up for our boiler, was great. The owner, Rich, is great.
We had water coming out of our fresh air intake vent and Jay came out to take a look. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through every step of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. He was upfront and transparent about pricing and never pressured us into anything. Overall, a genuinely great experience - Jay was professional, honest and easy to work with.
