“On a very cold Friday night our boiler suddenly stopped working. By the time we got in touch with Moishe after the sabbath, the temperature in our house was 56 degrees. Moishe came early Sunday morning to inspect; We needed a new boiler. We had an estimate within hours and the work was completed by late Monday night. Moishe and his workers did a great job, they were pleasant to work with and honest about what needed to be done. We had used him before this job and would use him again.“

After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation. He provided an effective solution to hide them in baseboard in our finished basement which provided the best outcome with minimal disruption to existing walls. “Amazing Service. We had a pipe burst this week and were nervous because we knew we were not the only ones in Long Beach with that problem. Next thing we knew we saw a van from Seaman driving by. I waved them down hoping that they may be able to put me on the list. I think his name was Kenny said that they were on lunch but would take a look now.
