Absolutely unbelievably terrific company, service and completed work. I have contracted with several plumbing companies in the past for work on my 130 year old house and this company was excellent in setting expectations and then topping them. Juan and Robin arrived within 20 minutes of the appointment time, asked permission to enter the home and were meticulous about entering and exiting the residence, i.e. letting me know each time one or the other were leaving to obtain supplies. Both gentlemen were respectful to me and my home and left everything as if no one was even there (except the work was done!). Fantastic experience with Tidal Plumbing! Sunny and his staff are excellent, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Tidal did a superb job meeting all the rules and regulations of my building in the City. Highly recommend!

Sunny and his team have my gratitude forever. ConEd shut off the gas service to my co-op. Sunny made a horrible experience as easy to fix as possible. He has an excellent understanding of how to deal with ConEd, and explains it in a way that makes the whole process seem less daunting.
