I came to Reddy Care in Bayside for physical therapy for my back, and I had an excellent experience. My therapist, Dr. Valentina Fan, is incredibly kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable about muscle recovery and strengthening. She took the time to guide me through every exercise and made sure I understood how to build and protect my core muscles properly.
The staff at Reddy Care are also very friendly and helpful, especially with scheduling appointments. I attended therapy twice a week for about two months, and the results have been amazing. My back pain is gone, and I learned so much about maintaining my strength and preventing future injuries.

I had been suffering from severe neck pain for a long time, but my condition has improved significantly since I started getting treated at smile wellness acupuncture clinic. They also have a massage therapist on-site, and their massages are incredibly thorough and really relieve all the tension! Besides pain management, they also offer facial services. I tried their facial rejuvenation acupuncture (동안침), and they are highly skilled. The staff is incredibly kind, the clinic is spotless, and the overall welcoming atmosphere makes me want to keep coming back. Highly recommend

I got my eyebrows tattooed over a year ago and I’m still very happy with it! As a busy working mom this saves me time everyday and helps me stay presentable no matter how busy I get so I generally feel more prepared for what the day will bring each day. Jessica is so detailed, meticulous, and skilled at her craft and I highly recommend her! She takes the time to explain everything and carefully maps out your eyebrow and makes sure you’re happy with it.

Oven temperature control had started acting up, registering way lower than the actual temperature inside. Things were consistently overcooked. Technician came the next day, found the sensor was giving incorrect readings, and replaced it. First batch of cookies baked correctly since.

I appreciate her direct honesty with my skin concerns and felt comfortable asking questions throughout my facial and learned a lot. They take their time doing nails and you can tell they really care about what they are doing. They are AMAZING at recreating nail art that you show them. If they are ever running late, they always communicate to let you know. Best part, the manicures last for weeks!! I had a tip set done and people were complimenting them a month later! You are truly paying for quality here. They are nice and respectful. The space is always clean and smells good. Do not hesitate! Visit them!!

I met Katherine when I walked in and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I got a facial done and it felt very nice. The facialists here are very professional and know what they're doing. The machines also look very advanced as well. Katherine helped me book my next appointment after we were done and I get text messages to remind me. I might come for lashes next!
I got Botox to slim my jaw muscles here. The promotional price was very affordable. The clinic environment is excellent and very clean. The staff is very efficient, and the entire process is very quick; you can complete a procedure in the time it takes to have a meal.

I originally visited for a root touch-up and color correction. To cut to the chase, I was satisfied with both the price and the results.
I wanted hair like Blackpink’s Rosé, but the stylists in my area seemed to have a poor understanding of Asian hair. The initial estimate was completely different from what I ended up paying, and my hair came out way too brassy. When they told me I’d need to come back for another session because it couldn’t be done in one go, I lost trust and decided to go to a Korean-owned salon instead.
My stylist was Yeji. She was very calm and straightforward, explaining from the beginning what was possible and what wasn’t to achieve the Rosé look I wanted. She also gave me a clear and honest estimate, which made me feel confident in her. In the end, I couldn’t do the root touch-up because my roots were too short—she explained that at least 2 inches of growth is necessary to minimize damage. So, we focused solely on color correction.
We did about two rounds of bleaching, and for the parts that didn’t lighten enough, she used painting techniques to adjust the color. She didn’t even use toner, so the final cost ended up being lower than the original estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire process took about three hours, and she even finished by styling my hair with a curling iron. I’ll definitely come back here for my root touch-up next time.
One small downside was the front desk staff. They seemed a bit cold when answering the phone or greeting customers, but I noticed they were friendly and warm with regulars. Oh, and one last tip—if you’re coming from Manhattan, taking the MTA to Bayside Station is much faster and more convenient.

We were looking for a good Hair Salon in the neighborhood, and Hair Studio 41 came pretty highly recommended from our Google search! When me and my son Gawhon went over, we found out why! Extremely clean facilities, Nick & David who attended to us were super! And that warm towel around our head after the haircut was simply the cherry on the top! No wonder they have been around for 35+ years! I'm not going to any other place in NY for a haircut ever!

I have been going here for over a year. I absolutely love going to Grace! No matter what design I ask her to do, she is able to do it and elevates it to match my style. I would highly recommend going here. Everyone that works here are really sweet and amazing.
The place is amazing however I have noticed every time I come in here the owner (with the bob) is following me. I have ignored it but I noticed when ever I am receiving service she hangs around where ever I am. Or she is always and I mean always talking to the person that is doing my service. Honestly it seems like she is racially profiling me. I have a career I have money. I have no reason to do anything or whatever she thinks. But if she continues to do that I will approach her. I've been going to Rita for a year now and her and Melida do a wonderful job every time. I've passed by her salon all my life, as she's been a staple of the neighborhood since I was born. I should have started seeing her sooner, but when I was younger I went to the urban-style fade/tapeup barbers everyone goes to. Rita and Melida are lovely friendly ladies who treat me like a gentleman and give me a great cut every time at a price that's more than fair. She even washes my hair afterward and gives me coffee and cookies.

My favorite place for my eyebrows. I've been coming here for 10 years, and I wouldn't change it anywhere else. The design and tinting they do are beautiful and harmonious. They're super professional, and they have many more options, such as facial massages and laser hair removal, among others. It's well-located and the space is clean, which is very important to me when it comes to taking care of my body!
I called Yumi at the last minute unexpectedly having an emergency flight to see my dad, yumi was fully booked but squeezed me in. Yumi was the one to do my lashes and she has done an amazing job as always.

I also had very weak lashes after having lash extensions for a while from another place. I originally asked for mink, but my lashes were too weak for it. Booked a couples massage and they were able to take us the same day. We got a 1 hour full body massage. The facility was clean and calming. The masseuses were attentive and effective. I mentioned my tweaked neck/shoulder/back and she worked out all the knots. It was incredible— I walked out feeling brand new! My boyfriend also enjoyed his massage as well.

Hao was an incredible collaborator; he made sure the design was exactly what I wanted and added some really creative elements that elevated the tattoo. I had a total of 7 sessions with him, and each one was comfortable, plus he provided clear aftercare instructions, which made healing a breeze.

I became a patient of Bayside Family this year. Although being a new patient, I had the chance to visit the office multiple times for a deep cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, the office itself is always clean which makes me proud to be a patient. Next the entire staff is always very friendly, welcoming and very supportive. The team of dentists are among the best of the best. They tell you what you need to hear not what you want to. It is clear the team prioritizes total mouth care including gums and teeth. The only con is that I live near Jamaica Ave so it is a bit of a distance. However the office has parking which always seems to have at least 1 spot open anytime I have an appointment. ? Thankful for that and overall I highly recommend Bayside Family Dentistry to handle your dental care.

Dr. Klepper is by far the best chiropractor I've been to. I have a lower back problem and didn't get relief from other chiropractors. I was about to go to a surgeon but decided to try one more chiropractor. So glad I did! I have not had surgery to date, and I've been seeing him 3+ years. If I need him, he will make himself available, even on weekends if possible. He does not rush through a visit but instead spends plenty of time on therapies, modalities, stretching the muscles, and the adjustment. He sent me home with exercises and a regimen, and I've been doing well since. Go to him...he will meet your expectations and then some!

I have been getting weekly medical massages from Angelo Mendez after getting shoulder surgery and he has worked miracles on my frozen shoulder! I didn’t think I’d be able to ever get back my full range of motion but after weeks of him working on it, it feels back to normal. I not only appreciate his approach but also his expertise and how he shares what he notices and why it’s happening. He recognizes the spiritual aspects of things like the old fears my body holds and has helped it learn that it doesn’t need to do that anymore. I am currently getting physical therapy for reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Mohammed at PT Doc has been assigned to me. During my initial visit Dr. Mohammed spent over an hour asking me questions about my shoulder and why I decided to have this operation. He analyzed my answers and my doctor’s report and came up with a treatment plan for my shoulder. Dr Mohammed has instructed Jin, at times to give me therapy. Jin is a student from Colombia University. He is a good listener and has assisted Dr Mohammed in giving me my therapy. I am very pleased with my progress thus far. I am feeling so much better since I started my therapy that I know that when my therapies come to an end i will be feeling up to par with with my “good” arm!!

I've had herniated disc and associated nerve issues. Surgery was my option. However a pain management doctor from H.S.S. recommended Bell PT if I don't want surgery or shots.

I called Dr. Shin because I was having digestive issues. I couldn’t eat. Anything I ate caused bloating and pain in my stomach, which was also causing anxiety. My GI appt was still a week away and I needed relief now. Dr. Shin was very compassionate in hearing my issues. I’m at Bay Terrace all the time. The location is great. It’s so easy to find parking which is always a bonus in Bayside. When I walked in, the office was nice, clean, and inviting. There was calm music playing. Dr. Shin asked me to fill out some forms. She was very thorough in reviewing them and asked me a few questions to gain some clarity on how to help me best. I’ve only done acupuncture a couple of times before, and Dr. Shin seemed more attentive to my issues and thorough. After gently placing the needles, she turned down the lights and checked on me every once in a while to see how I was doing. After my visit, I was able to eat more without pain or anxiety. It felt so good to finally have some relief. I did see my GI specialist after my visit with Dr. Shin and found out I was having an IBS flare. I never had IBS before. I would definitely go back to Dr. Shin again, and would recommend her friends and family.

I just passed my road test yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The school did an excellent job teaching me and made sure to answer every single question I had along the way. They were also very flexible with scheduling, working around my job and pairing me with my preferred instructor, which made a big difference.
One thing that really stood out was the convenience. They picked me up and dropped me off at home for every lesson. If you have a busy schedule, that’s something you’ll really appreciate.
