Olympia has continued to be very reliable and attentive. Their staff members are all knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Kosta and Perry have been to our home on separate occasions and able to diagnose and resolve any issues quickly.

I had called Olympia to fix our water heater that wasn't igniting for some reason. They gave me a call when I was the next appointment, and a technician was at the spot in about 30 min. He called me as soon as he was here. His name was Mark. Mark was able to change a nozzle after troubleshooting. Had it running in about 20 minutes. Was so nice, fast, and informative. I think I love him. No more cold showers, boy. Thanks guys!!
