Tikka came out on a Sunday and was at my house within an hour of my call. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he cared about doing the job right and making sure I understood what was going on.
He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my ductless unit in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me even more was that he went above and beyond by performing maintenance on both units, even though only one of them was having a problem.

I want to give 10 stars instead of five. This company is deserving of 10+stars. Where do I begin. I have never experience such exceptional service from any company is my lifetime and I am in my 60s. I decided to give them a try based on the five star ratings. Well I am telling everyone please you won’t be disappointed. Mr Tikka S., worked on my HVAC system and was so attentive and made sure the service is to my satisfaction. He is so polite and a professional and personable. They know their craft my gosh my neighbors were so impressed that they told me they will use them going forward.
