“I can’t recommend this service enough. I had a backup in my basement at 10pm at night. I scheduled a service call online for first thing in the morning. They actually called me that night and offered to come right then but I decided to wait til morning. Ben arrived during the scheduled window. He was so nice and professional. Quickly resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up call for them to inspect the mail line with a camera and for restoration services to come that day to assess the flood damage. “My HVAC system’s fan was working but no cold air was coming out of the vents. I was able to make an appointment with Yost & Campbell for the next day through the phone on a Sunday night using a digital assistant. The service technician Mario Segura, was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. He had the needed part in his vehicle and was able to give me a reasonable quote which I accepted. He was very quick but thorough in replacing the necessary part. Mario answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I did not know much about the system. He offered some tips on how to keep the system working well, was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Yost & Campbell as I have used them several times in the last few years for installation, maintenance and repair of my units. Highly trusted company and crew!“

The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. “Winston was the best HVAC technician that has ever done our Spring check up. I have always thought they were wonderful, but Winston took it to the next level. Above and beyond. I was the last appointment of his day and although it was getting colder and dark outside, he still created an environment where he could check the units as if some summertime heat was setting in, otherwise it was too cold. It was very interesting to see how that’s done. If not for that experienced effort, he would’ve had to come back on a different day. He also went the extra mile to take the side panel grills off to get all the leaves out and off of the outer coils. He was kind, friendly, attentive, and not rushed even though some of his other appts had run long that day. I highly recommend AllState Air and Winston -if you can get him!

“On a very cold Friday night our boiler suddenly stopped working. By the time we got in touch with Moishe after the sabbath, the temperature in our house was 56 degrees. Moishe came early Sunday morning to inspect; We needed a new boiler. We had an estimate within hours and the work was completed by late Monday night. Moishe and his workers did a great job, they were pleasant to work with and honest about what needed to be done. We had used him before this job and would use him again.“

“Our water heater stopped working suddenly and we were stuck with cold water for a few days, a challenge for anyone but especially for our child who has sensory challenges due to his autism. We wanted to find a trustworthy company who would be straight forward and honest with us and solve the issue quickly. We contacted ALL DAY PLUMBING and they were all of this for us. From the first phone call, they were able to research how old our water heater was ( it came with the house when we bought it about 7 years ago) and give their honest opinion about whether we should go with a electric water heater replacement or regular water heater. On the day of the appointment, the team came and installed the new water heater, disposing of the old one and taking care of the cleanup. All of this was done efficiently. A few days later, we noticed that the pressure in the pipe seemed low. We called the company concerned and they set up a second visit for us right away and the team that came checked everything thoroughly and even took the time to explain a bit of the science behind piping, pressure, etc. It put us at ease. I meant to write this review weeks ago but misplaced the paper where I recorded the names of the awesome team members that came to our aide and delayed my review in the hope that it would turn up. Unfortunately, it did not, but I wanted to make sure to send in this much deserved positive review for this wonderful company. If you have plumbing or heating challenges, All Day Plumbing is the trustworthy way to go. Can't thank you all enough but sending special thanks to the team that came to check back in, who if I remember right consisted of Christian and Don, and the team that did the initial installation: Don's brother and his partner on that day (so sorry I forgot the names). “I have a large city owned tree in front of my house. I call companies yearly to snake my sewer line to prevent backups into my home. For the past 2-3 years I've had 2 backups per year- this was abnormal. After my last back up I decided to call another company to clear my backup. I was told that its soap grease. I'm not a plumber but if this is the case, there would be flooding all over NYC. I then decided that I wanted someone to look in my sewer line and check for any obstruction. I called other companies and I was quoted $1,500 to have a video of my sewer line done...ridiculous and unaffordable. Then I found Will Do Plumbing and I was given an affordable alternative...photos. I was able to watch the plumber go through my sewer line and view the video as it was being done and take photos . The roots were thick and took up half of the pipe circumference. They were able to pin point the location of the two invasive roots from this city owned tree. I walked with them outside and they showed me the areas that had blockage. I rescheduled another appointment with Will Do Plumbing to have these root branches taken care of and the price was less than the $1,500 I was quoted by other companies to just have a video taken. My experience from my initial appointment call to the office, the plumbers showed up on time both times, they were very respectful of my home and discussed with me everything there were doing.
