“Winston was the best HVAC technician that has ever done our Spring check up. I have always thought they were wonderful, but Winston took it to the next level. Above and beyond. I was the last appointment of his day and although it was getting colder and dark outside, he still created an environment where he could check the units as if some summertime heat was setting in, otherwise it was too cold. It was very interesting to see how that’s done. If not for that experienced effort, he would’ve had to come back on a different day. He also went the extra mile to take the side panel grills off to get all the leaves out and off of the outer coils. He was kind, friendly, attentive, and not rushed even though some of his other appts had run long that day. I highly recommend AllState Air and Winston -if you can get him!

“On a very cold Friday night our boiler suddenly stopped working. By the time we got in touch with Moishe after the sabbath, the temperature in our house was 56 degrees. Moishe came early Sunday morning to inspect; We needed a new boiler. We had an estimate within hours and the work was completed by late Monday night. Moishe and his workers did a great job, they were pleasant to work with and honest about what needed to be done. We had used him before this job and would use him again.“

“Hi, I highly recommend this Plummer. I received a quote at 12 noon and they arrived in 1 hr on time. Two very polite and skilled technicians. I paid for a new water heater and installation and I was highly satisfied. They even advised me about a defective valve and I chose to replace that also with minimal charge. They carted away the old tank. Luv them and they even endured my chatter and questions with a smile. Give these guys a raise! This was an emergency service and they came the same day. “I have a large city owned tree in front of my house. I call companies yearly to snake my sewer line to prevent backups into my home. For the past 2-3 years I've had 2 backups per year- this was abnormal. After my last back up I decided to call another company to clear my backup. I was told that its soap grease. I'm not a plumber but if this is the case, there would be flooding all over NYC. I then decided that I wanted someone to look in my sewer line and check for any obstruction. I called other companies and I was quoted $1,500 to have a video of my sewer line done...ridiculous and unaffordable. Then I found Will Do Plumbing and I was given an affordable alternative...photos. I was able to watch the plumber go through my sewer line and view the video as it was being done and take photos . The roots were thick and took up half of the pipe circumference. They were able to pin point the location of the two invasive roots from this city owned tree. I walked with them outside and they showed me the areas that had blockage. I rescheduled another appointment with Will Do Plumbing to have these root branches taken care of and the price was less than the $1,500 I was quoted by other companies to just have a video taken. My experience from my initial appointment call to the office, the plumbers showed up on time both times, they were very respectful of my home and discussed with me everything there were doing.
