He was able to come check it out and explained to us it would be cheaper and more efficient to go with a new unit and got us the unit and they brought the crane to lift the unit and went very smooth and would highly recommend. I have contracted with several plumbing companies in the past for work on my 130 year old house and this company was excellent in setting expectations and then topping them. Juan and Robin arrived within 20 minutes of the appointment time, asked permission to enter the home and were meticulous about entering and exiting the residence, i.e. letting me know each time one or the other were leaving to obtain supplies. Both gentlemen were respectful to me and my home and left everything as if no one was even there (except the work was done!). “Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request. Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, speed, and service!“
