It took the 3rd tech a few minutes, but he found the cause in a valve and fixed it. We paid for the first technician, but Savage and Sons waived any charges for the two follow-up technicians visits. I can comfortably recommend Keith from Savage and Sons.“

“Gibson was able to schedule one of their techs to come round and look at a problem that we have had since the install of the AC unit in 2020. The original installer basically ghosted us, and said there was nothing that could be done, and we just need to deal with it.
We had already had a subsequent tech from another company come round, and do a whole bunch of testing. I was very happy that the Gibson Tech listened to me about what the other guy had done, and what the other guys results were. This put Ryan ( Gibson) on a good pathway, and he confirmed the other guys suspicions within an hour or so. He came back the next day, and 2 hours later we had a perfectly functioning AC unit. I will definitely recommend Gibson for anybody wanting great service.“
