North Shore Plumbing
“Mitch at North Shore Plumbing is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
My water heater suddenly stopped working. I tried to relight it, but it didn’t work—the status light was off and there was no visible flame. The entire pilot assembly seemed completely dead.
I found North Shore Plumbing online and gave them a call. Mitch answered right away and immediately helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He explained how the pilot system works and patiently guided me step by step.
With his help, I was finally able to relight the water heater. I am truly impressed by Mitch’s professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving skills. I highly recommend this company.”
