Good job Adam McGregor on your excellent customer service and knowledge of your profession. Thank you for explaining to me everything in depth and answering my many questions. Thank you Desert Air for your promptness in making sure we have someone so fast to take care of our cooling system
Adam was great! Arrived on time and was very professional. Explained everything clearly and I felt extremely comfortable in his knowledge. It's been a couple of days and I've had no further issues.
Great service. AC could not be fixed right away (waiting for approval from the rental property owner) so Adam installed my window AC unit that I had no idea how to. Would definitely use Desert Air again.
