the most pleasant dental experience featuring a staff with outstanding bedside manner, led by the nicest man alive— meaning Dr. Rounds. Dr. Rounds has mastered not only the science of dentistry, but also the art of hospitality. He is knowledgeable and kind— I had once noticed that in my patient file written on a post-it note were little details about me as a person from the very first appointment that I had with him— just little bits of information such as what I do for fun, what I studied in college, etc. He would then use that little bit of info to chat with me in future appointments. No idle chit-chat or mundane pleasantries. I have never experienced that level of care before— a bespoke experience. When you’re in his care, you’re not just another set of teeth— his attention extends to you as a human. If you’re ambivalent or explicitly dislike the dentist, give him a try!
I had the best RCT experience here. I was really scared because of a previous bad experience, but this time the procedure felt smooth and almost painless. What I appreciated most was their honesty, they explained everything clearly and only suggested what was actually needed, without pushing unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend, especially for anyone with dental anxiety.
I’m so glad my dad found Donna for my wedding because she was such a wonderful dance instructor! She choreographed my first dance and my father daughter dance as well as helped my parents and in laws practice their dance together! Not only is Donna so patient and understanding that dance doesn’t come naturally to everyone, but she was a lot of fun to learn from and practice with!
