I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Precision Air to do them justice. I have been using Precision Air for almost 2 years now to service my HVAC Systems in my home and my rental properties. This week, the furnace in my rental stopped working, the blower motor had stopped working. It had been replaced by Precision Air less than 2 years ago because my previous tenants rarely if ever changed the the air filter . I totally expected to have to pay again for a new blower motor. I was speechless when Tom covered it under warranty! Tom is a great guy to work with. I interviewed 12 HVAC providers, looking for someone knowledgeable about heat pumps some 20 years ago, long before they were popular in New Jersey. He's serviced our furnace and heat pumps ever since and will be installing two new heat pumps in our new home.
