Mr Plumber

Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber.My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30. I saved about $400.Thank you again Mr. Plumber. You have the real American Spirit. America needs more people like you! God bless you and your business!

I would like to thank the gentleman who assisted me over the phone with turning off my water. It was running 2+ hours and all I wanted to do was shut it off. Instead of the man adding me to a waitlist, he listened and solved my problem over the phone.
