i was there again today. i am not a plumber. once again the gentleman at the counter found what i needed helped me with a second part and explained details about the part with no attitude. i have been other places they were not bad but your store is just better. thanks again, bob lewis.

I have visited this store many times and always brought home not only the parts with reasonable prices but also the answers with satisfaction and appreciation. The representatives often give me a free instructions / lessons that indicates the best solutions with minimum spending.One of their best representatives' name is Ray. He helped me few times in past and I am very impressed his knowledgeful, kindhearted personality with creative ideas. Today he tried his best to help me to open a difficulty screw from a n unknow brand faucet which many shops have rejected me because no right tool available. Ray risked himself and finally open that screw with an inappropriate tool....read full review
