“Wow!! Highly recommend! We had a cast iron pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our foyer in our home that was built in 1930. RW Greer was responsive, efficient and very professional. Dave and Devon were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came and looked and the problem and finished the job in the same week and only took 2.5 hours. They had to cut out and replace section of cracked cast iron drain stack. Price was extremely reasonable! It is a wonderful thing when you find a contractor that is honest, knowledgeable and does great work. “Tauhid did amazing work for us on numerous occasions. A few years ago, we first hired him to remodel our back bathroom (which included designing and framing out a new bathroom within an existing bathroom/laundry room combo space, installing all new appliances (toilet, sink, washer, dryer) and moving the plumbing as needed for the redesign. He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.“

“Had an emergency on a holiday and they were here within 2 hours. Would highly recommend them!!!So, I have to update my review. Our emergency turned into a major repair. What started out as water backing up into our basement ended up being a total replacement of the sewer pipe that leads from our house to the main sewer line.When they came out on the holiday, they tried 3 times to clear the drain and the main pipe in the basement. They were able to clear a significant amount, but they found that the worst of the blockage was almost 30 feet from the house. It was possible the pipe had partially collapsed from previous work the water department had completed the previous year. Before they left, they stated their expert would be out the next day.They had a sewer expert at our house the first thing the following morning. They said we would be their first appointment that morning and they didn't lie. Darryl was prompt and brought more equipment to try and trouble shoot the problem further.Long story short, the aging pipe needed to be replaced. It wasn't what we wanted to hear, obviously, but Darryl went over every step of the process in a clear and concise way so that we understood fully what this would entail. We were advised this could possibly be a 2 day job because of the depth of the pipe and due to other utilities being buried close. They were out here bright and early Thursday morning and began. The whole crew worked tirelessly and methodically and actually completed the bulk of the job in one day to our amazement. As i type this the morning after, they have just finished seeding the area and covering with straw.I truly wish i could offer them more than 5 stars. We have every intention of relying on Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs, big or small. We are so grateful for their service!“

“Shout out to Cochran Oil for saving me in an emergency situation. With impending heavy freezing temperatures and on a Sunday, Cochran Oil was the only company in Delaware to offer me an emergency service to keep my furnace running during a heavy freeze after discovering my oil tank running dry and empty. They came out today (Sunday) and were able to fill our family up with enough to get me through the day and cold night until they could come tomorrow and fully fill our oil tank. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and the fact that they cared enough to keep my family warm during 20 degree temperatures. One of the owners of the company himself came out and performed the service (thank you again, Tom). Cochran is a reliable and honest company who I would highly recommend if you are in need of their services!“
