Russo Brothers are the thoroughly modern equivalent of the honest, friendly neighborhood plumber. They’re responsive. They don’t upsell. Their prices are competitive. They’re reliable. They know what they are doing and always make a point of making sure you understand what they’re doing and why. As a first time homeowner in 2020, I called them on recommendation from a neighbor. I have used them several times since then for jobs as small as replacing a garbage disposal and as large as repairing the plumbing under a tricky tiled shower. I’ve gone to these guys for a few different problems now and they’ve always been quick to respond and fairly priced. They also do a great job of explaining exactly what it is that they’re doing so that you understand what’s going on.
Wilson helped me yesterday with an urgent overflowing toilet situation and had me all set in no time.

Fantastic service. Dealt with a lot of issues from supplier for my tankless water heater, but Russo Brothers worked their schedule around to get it installed ASAP. After installing, the heater had an error code out of the box (brand new) and the manufacturer wanted them to start replacing parts rather than the entire heater. Joe went to bat for me and got the supplier to take it back and find me a new one within about an hour.However, because it was a slightly different model they had to adjust the plumbing they already did which they had to stay late (didn't get out of my house until about 6p on Good Friday leading into Easter weekend) to get the job done.
