Walking into tye store and meeting with Karlene we knew right away something was different. She seemed to care , seemed to understand our needs and most of all was PATIENT !! Throughout our entire process Karlene has been our liason. She's responded quick , she's been super informative and most of all seems to enjoy what she does ! She's represented what stonemasters is all about perfectly . The young man who removed our old countertop was on time , was professional and fast , it was pouring the day he removed my counter and not once did he complain or gripe about being soaked . The boy worked his butt off alone ..Alan came an hour later right on time and literally was done within minutes it seemed . I was standing there like an idiot waiting for him to breakout the wood strips and start gluing for the template. .As he informed me its already done by this little magical machine I felt like a baboon. he was informative and friendly and gone just as quickly as he arrived . After picking my design Sarah contacted me and told me the date the install would happen .Much sooner then I thought ! . Danny and Jose were once again right on time and got right to work ! they worked together like a well oiled machine .Both never stopped and before I knew it the counter was in ! Danny made the seam look as if it was non existent!! Very professional very pleasant and very informative..From start to finish Stonemasters was at the top of their game for my experience !!
