“I called Harris on a Monday at 2:30 because my kitchen faucet broke and I needed someone to replace it for me. Less than 24-hours later, a technician named Kyle arrived. He replaced the faucet with one I had purchased, and offered to check out any other problems in the house. He was very friendly! I definitely think I paid a premium for this service, and could have gotten a cheaper rate if I compared prices more or went with a smaller business. However, the job got done fast and I don't have any real complaints. I would consider using Harris again in a pinch.“
