Mr. Rich Griner, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and very focused on his skill, he took time to snap pics of system so he would be able to explain to me what he saw vs. what it should be. Mr. Rich He did not hesitate to inform me about everything he was doing, and why it needed to be done. When you are speaking with a customer, it should be easy and relaxing, how it should be.
