“I had a problem where my heater was constantly freezing up and it would not work. The compressor would run for about 2 minutes then shut off. They tried everything that they knew about the system and it still would not work. The repairman went the extra step and contacted the manufacturer to see if they could help. He spent about an hour on the phone with them and diagnosed what was wrong. They had to search high and low for the parts, because my unit was 8 years old, but it was finally repaired. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with as I can be a little pushy to get things done. I would highly recommend them. My warranty covered parts for 10 years so I only paid for the labor.”
